Accessibility statement

We want everyone to feel welcome here. This website is built so that as many people as possible can use it comfortably, whatever device they are on and however they prefer to browse. We aim to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA standard, and we treat that as a baseline rather than a finishing line.

What we have done

Accessibility has been part of how the site is put together, not something added at the end. Here are some of the things we have built in:

Get help or report a problem

If something is not working for you, or you are finding any part of the site hard to use, please tell us. We would genuinely like to know, and we will do what we can to put it right.

You can reach Sarah Woodman using the contact form on our website or by phone on 01629 343116.

If you need any information from this site in another format (for example larger text, plain text or a document sent by email), just ask. We are happy to accommodate reasonable requests.

Ongoing improvements

We review the site regularly and keep making improvements, so accessibility here is something we work on over time rather than a one off task.
